
Magyar Telekom’s corporate business (T-Systems) has created a new online self-service interface for its corporate customers through which one-off access and a unified environment are available to users of popular services.
The new portal also provides online customer service and chat services for helping with the billing and use of other features. The service, that has been renewed in its image and functionality, has provided a solution for unified entry to Telekom’s online areas, and also offers third-party services for small and medium-sized businesses. the freely configurable customer functions and privilege levels provide convenient and secure access for Magyar Telekom’s customers, while customer data and related services are integrated with CRM (Siebel) and Billing (Amdocs) systems.
